Arolla produces prefabricated wooden buildings using cross-laminated timber (CLT), an ecological and innovative building material.
The use of state-of-art manufacturing techniques allows architects and home-owners a new freedom in design and aesthetics. Arolla’s unique construction system allows for an easy building approach. Walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors and roofs are joined in a monolithic, individual, tailor-made system. This single system approach optimises both budgeting and planning challenges for developers, while also allowing for the implementation of individual architectural designs.
